Material Master V-Knife Bulk Bag Discharger for Solid Bottom Bags
Description
The Material Master V-Knife Bulk Bag Discharging System with bag piercing knives provide for the discharge of materials from bulk bags with or without outlet spouts into the customer's existing process.
The unit includes carbon steel upper from with a 2-Ton low headroom wire rope hoist and Spider-Lift bag lifting frame to allow for efficient loading of bags in and out of the bulk bag frame. The unit includes a 316 stainless steel lower frame and a 50” straight wall 316 stainless steel surge hopper allowing for maximum material capacity while providing protection against corrosive materials. Hopper includes a pneumatic vibrator system to assist with product flow, and an air actuated gate valve mounted at the bottom of hopper for material discharge control. Removable side panels and a custom knife guard enhance operator access and safety during maintenance. The unit includes FRP NEMA 4X enclosures. The electrical panel includes cUL508A panel build certification.
