Ultra-Low Temperature Elastomer
Description
Fusion FKM 665, an ultra-low-temperature and chemical-resistant elastomer meets and exceeds the requirements of Aerospace Material Specification (AMS) 7379 and AMS-P-83461. With a temperature range of -70 to 450°F (-57 to 232°C), Fusion 665 achieves low-temperature performance without compromising high-temperature performance.
It was developed to overcome existing limitations of comparable materials, such as those found in FKMs, NBRs, or FVMQs/ Fluorosilicone, by offering high-temperature capabilities, low and high-temperature sealing, an extremely low compression set, and broad chemical compatibility.
