Description
Streamline production with the palletized RP2415 Series Production Robot which automates the 4 component assembly with PD-2 positive displacement twin fill nozzle, dual assembly heads, and a 3-gallon pressure pot. The RP series robot was chosen as the ideal platform for this Robotic Dispensing System with precision ball slides and leadscrews that result in machine tool quality performance with high speeds and payloads and allows the operator to load and unload parts during the machine cycle.
Embedded dual memory processor with CF Card requires no PC for operation, and provides all preprogrammed software functions for filling, assembly, positioning, etc. making changing over to different volumes or positions as easy as just loading a new file.
